Back again

I know, I know, it has been indeed forever since I updated the blog. But there is a perfectly good reason for that. You see, good ol’ me has found “The One”, the one who indeed makes my life complete, the one who is my better half, my sweet love… The one with who I know I shall love, cherish and honor for all times to come. The one I envision myself one day, marrying and starting a beautiful family with. That person you might know is Marissa… Just the mere mention of her name, sends sweet shivers of beautiful anticipation of our future. I have never felt this strongly for anyone before… She is all that and ever more. The past week has been the most beautiful of my life, full of sweet realizations, and surge of emotions, likes of which I never thought possible, or imagined could really exist. She has this effect on me, the want, the desire to do it all, all for her and all for us. This is just so different, and just so unbelievably beautiful, as if the universe itself willed it to happen, which reminds me of the book “The Alchemist” by Paul Coelho which I was re-reading this morning on the teary way back from Amsterdam, after having dropped off the love of my life at the airport. The author writes and I quote “I love you because the whole universe conspired for me to come close to you.” The whole universe seemed to will us to happen, and it did happen, all the signs pointed to us, all the roads led us together… ignore if you will the numerological, mystical, palmistry signs, but what cannot be ignored is the fact how great she and I are together, all the fun, the laughs, the inside jokes we have, the incredible bond we share, finishing each other’s thoughts, so connected to each other, that one need only think it in order for the other to know it, the incredible coincidences, oh I could go on forever… The world seems to become a happy place, centered around the twain, all doubts and miseries seem to fall out of the proportion, and what is left, are signs and vestiges of an incredible love, and an incredible journey to come. I love you Marissa.

*sigh* back in Heerlen though, seems like Marco’s workshop was a success – the namesake brought me up to speed on what has been going on in the office over the past week, and all the excitement of “certain” visitors to that workshop. I can’t wait till tomorrow to rejoin the workforce ; ) and drink chocolate from the fountain again. All y’all am comin’, prepare I says!
